The Opportunity
The Technical Revenue Operations team is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of contract/order booking activities. This relates to Adobe’s Digital Experience/Digital Media enterprise and channel business models. The primary role of the TRO Analyst is to enable the Order Management team to perform all the roles and functions they require. Additionally providing solutions and resolutions to issue that arise. Enablement training on all new projects/processes that are created as the business needs change will be delivered to our business partners. This team also has full accountability for high level communication in terms of order status, deal review and query resolution!
What you’ll do
- Gain and retain in-depth understanding of Adobe tools and systems. This knowledge will assist in supporting the Revenue Operations groups, including ECC/S4 HANA, SFDC/SharePoint/D365, and Online-Portals.
- Understand Adobe’s Project Management process and guidelines, from design to implementation in Production environments, and help with new project/process roll-out.
- Review daily queries and system issues, resolving them with internal teams and keeping affected teams informed.
- Perform oversight to Order Management on error handling processes from an audit perspective to ensure that all checks and validations are being performed according to our controls.
- Develop and drive new process changes that will be beneficial to the Rev Ops group to improve efficiency and drive customer happiness.
- Work directly with internal partners (see below) and customers to resolve queries and open issues related to the OM process.
- Support increased workload and additional hours when required for example, month/quarter end, Project launch.
- Multiple internal Adobe partners (SAP Support, Adobe IT, PDO, Deal Desk, Revenue Assurance, Pricing Ops, Credit, Account Management, BP OPS, Provisioning, etc.)
What you need to succeed
- 3+ years is preferred in project management related tools, such as JIRA, Workfront or Roadmunk.
- SAP experience required.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of S/4 HANA is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Educated to Third level business qualification not required, but beneficial.
- Fluent business English to a high standard
- Problem Solver who looks to improve existing workflows and business processes.
- Must be able to collaborate within a team dynamic, but also have the ability to work under their own.
- Professional manner, confident, bright, commitment to improvement, enthusiastic and proactive when dealing with our collaborators (internal and external).
- Good interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Ability to prioritize feature work and set expectations.
- Must be Flexible in relation to additional tasks as they arise
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $73,900 -- $166,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
