Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Plumbing, HVAC, or Building Materials.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new distributor and contractor relationships within the Plumbing and HVAC industries.
  • Drive contractor-level demand through product education, training, and joint calls with distribution partners.
  • Represent DuraPlas at trade shows, networking events, and customer visits to build pipeline and brand visibility.
  • Maintain territory accounts, upsell and cross-sell products, and act as the primary point of contact for sales-related needs.
  • Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, document activity, and report weekly performance and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust territory strategies and maximize impact.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of DuraPlas product offerings and effectively communicate technical value to customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience launching or growing new product lines is a strong plus.
