Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for multi-year product roadmap, collaborating cross-functionally across groups within the entire organization 
• Work with key stakeholders to go over tradeoff decisions and align deliverables with customer requirements and future planning 
• Take ownership of product strategy to ensure business imperatives are communicated at every level 
• Be aware of risks to ensuring valuable outcomes and proactively develop mitigation plans for ensuring product completion and success 

Required Skills:

• MS, MBA, or PhD with equivalent practical experience
• Experience with autonomous or robotics products 
• Experience building test-driven, fault-tolerant systems
• Experience working in automotive or automotive consulting
