  • You have sold SaaS in the $20-$60k ARR range and understand how to engage multiple stakeholders in a complex sales cycle.
  • You understand every detail of a customer’s workflows and capital markets operations, and you take a consultative approach with prospects.
  • You like collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Product functions in addition to go-to-market teams. You stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table.
  • You enjoy the complexity of selling to a range stakeholders (think borrowers, lenders, and banks). You get excited about designing for the long-term.
  • You look forward to helping recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals at Finley.
Responsibilities
  • You will independently build and manage your sales pipeline and drive quota attainment.
  • You will source and close fintech prospects that want to automate Capital Markets operations.
  • You will prepare written, verbal, and visual sales collateral to support sales deals.
  • You will help extend Finley's existing Sales playbook to ensure smooth headcount growth and a repeatable sales process.
  • You will work collaboratively with the Product and Engineering teams to inform a product roadmap that fit the needs of companies in finance, real estate, and other core business segments.
  • You will help grow the Finley Sales team by helping interview job candidates, mentor new team members, and document standard operating procedures.
