The Role
This role is the perfect blend of creative ideation & strategy thinking: you’ll support the Creative Strategist and various teams across U.S. Concerts to build unique pitches, strategy presentations, and creative deliverables that grow our business and strengthen our artist relationships. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast paced environment – so being comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders and personalities while remaining calm under pressure will be key. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects of the live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Assist on research and strategy for new artist pitches & projects
Contribute creative ideas for tour marketing plans & pitches, album promotion, etc.
Stay plugged in on all things music and culture and spot interesting trends and moments that the Creative Strategist can tap into for our pitches
Assist on brief creation for various teams
Help produce presentations for Live Nation concerts, venues, corporate and executives
Elevate Live Nation presentations through rich visuals and compelling strategic narrative
Collaborate with various teams to pull in data and copy points
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all brand presentation is of a high standard
Assist on miscellaneous required visual documents
Collect / communicate business recap data and information in a visual execution
Build data libraries when needed and consistently update common data and communication slides
Organize presentations and key slides in an easy-to-find manner
Provide creative direction when necessary
Understand and protect confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for.
Junior or Senior Standing
Strong writing & storytelling skills
A strategy-first thinker & problem solver
Project management skills with keen attention to detail
Confident, creative thinker with ability to back up ideas with strong research and reasoning
Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote and other solutions
Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
Ability to adapt and manage in a fast-paced working environment
Self-starter, ability to work independently as well with a team
Committed to continuous learning and personal development
Highly organized
Good communication skills
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs such as After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus
