Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred OR 5+ years experience in remote patient monitoring sales
  • 5+ years sales experience in the healthcare or health tech industry
  • Strong understanding of the Western New York healthcare landscape, including familiarity with healthcare providers, payors, and local industry trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with company goals
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets and deliverables
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, often changing startup environment
  • Ability to build and present powerpoint presentations to both small and large audiences
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot preferred, and other office tech tools

Responsibilities
  • Execute the strategic plan created by leadership to establish partnerships with key healthcare organizations, providers, and industry stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential physician partners, understanding their business needs and aligning our solutions to drive mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Actively engage with partner organizations, understanding their pain points and presenting our value proposition effectively to influence partnership decisions
  • Work with Brook's Clinic Success team to ensure that partners are receiving the attention and quality of support required to successfully deliver Brook's products to their patients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of partner initiatives
  • Drive partner engagement and retention by providing exceptional support and ensuring partners' expectations are met
  • Track and report key metrics and success factors related to partner development efforts, providing regular updates to the leadership team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to anticipate and address partner needs proactively
