What believers are saying

  • SCOTUSblog's April 2026 relaunch expanded every-argument coverage, newsletters, events, and podcasts.
  • The 80,000-subscriber daily SCOTUS newsletter deepens top-of-funnel audience growth.
  • Dispatch now owns reusable legal archives, premium analysis, and licensing leverage for professionals.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue missed the 2025 target, finishing at $7.5 million instead of $10 million.
  • SCOTUSblog still depends on costly labor; one underperforming court cycle hurts monetization.
  • Original Jurisdiction, The Hill, and mainstream legal media compress Dispatch's premium legal niche.

What makes The Dispatch unique

  • SCOTUSblog gives Dispatch authoritative Supreme Court coverage and legal audience trust.
  • The Dispatch blends newsletters, podcasts, and membership products across politics and courts.
  • Its fact-checking reputation and Meta distribution create a recognizable credibility moat.
