DevEx Sr. DevOps Engineer

ISG TechOps team includes DevSecOps, LabOps and services, and IT software and tools as well as Strategy and Transformation. We are seeking a passionate and skilled team of individuals who will focus on improving developer workflows and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall developer experience at scale. This team will work within our established Scrum framework and leverage existing tools to drive meaningful improvements and standardization of SDLC for our engineering organization.

What you’ll achieve

DevEx Sr. DevOps Engineer to provision, administer, and optimization of platforms that host and support DevOps tools. This includes ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of the environments, while enabling engineering teams to use these tools effectively for streamlined software delivery.

You will:

• Oversee the full lifecycle management of DevOps tools: installation, integration, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Administer and be the SME for GitHub and other DevOps tools.
• Build and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms.
• Enable centralized access, monitoring, and governance of DevOps tools enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and security teams to align infrastructure with business priorities.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years managing enterprise-scale DevOps tools supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing GitHub Actions workflows, manager repository lifecycle
• Experience with GitHub Architecture, Replicas, Caches, Cluster, Backups, DR
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python/PowerShell, Bash.
• Expertise in upgrading, patching, troubleshooting GitHub application.

Desirable Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools like Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-driven DevOps tools for automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
