UnitedLex's Katherine Li and Monique Jiggetts named finalists for the 2026 Relativity Innovator Awards. Published: * July 17, 2026 As a Relativity partner since 2009, UnitedLex has played an active role in the Relativity community, helping clients embrace innovation and unlock the value of emerging technologies. That commitment is reflected in this year's Relativity Innovator Awards, where two UnitedLex leaders have been named finalists: Katherine Li, Vice President of Analytics & AI, for Best Innovator: Stellar Women, and Monique Jiggetts, Director of eDiscovery Review, for Best Innovator: Inclusion. UnitedLex currently holds more than 60 Relativity certifications across its team. The company has also recently enhanced its capabilities by applying Relativity aiR Assist, a conversational AI tool that lets legal teams query case data in plain language to identify key documents, entities, and relationships faster during investigations and litigation. These investments in professional development help create the environment in which leaders like Katherine and Monique continue to make a meaningful impact. Katherine Li leads UnitedLex's global Analytics & AI team. She directs the strategy and deployment of predictive coding, continuous active learning, and generative AI tools, including the Relativity aiR suite, across litigation, investigations, and compliance matters. Her team recently used Relativity's analytics capabilities to achieve a 98% cull rate on a long-standing client matter, saving more than $400,000 in review costs. She has also built a track record of mentoring team members into specialized AI and analytics roles and extends that same training to clients and outside counsel adopting these tools for the first time. Monique Jiggetts is Director of eDiscovery Review at UnitedLex. Over the last decade, she has trained managers to deliver feedback that meets reviewers where they are, champions mental health awareness across review teams, and launched Intentional May, an internal initiative encouraging reflection and connection across teams. The Relativity Innovator Awards are decided by public vote. If you've worked with Katherine or Monique, or simply want to see UnitedLex represented, cast your here by August 22, 2026.

[Law.com] UnitedLex CEO: expect 'deeper partnerships' between legal services providers, technology companies. Published: * March 9, 2026 Renee Meisel, CEO of UnitedLex and recipient of the Monica Bay Women of Legal Tech Award, discusses how the roles of legal operations and procurement in the purchasing process have changed the behavior of legal tech users. The 2026 Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards honor individuals who have driven meaningful innovation across law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal technology providers. UnitedLex has launched AI Advisory Solutions to help legal departments and law firms move from AI experimentation to enterprise-ready adoption. The offering addresses a common industry challenge: whilst AI investment accelerates, many initiatives stall post-launch due to lacking data foundations, governance structures and financial clarity. The solution combines legal domain expertise with an AI calculator grounded in maturity data, enabling leadership teams to evaluate investments with measurable financial analysis rather than theoretical projections. It operates through three phases: an AI Maturity Assessment, Strategic Roadmap Development, and Implementation with governance structures. A key feature is UnitedLex's human-over-the-loop framework, which monitors AI system performance through exception events, output quality validation, hallucination risk identification and tracking model behaviour. Founded in 2006, UnitedLex employs over 2,000 professionals supporting clients globally.
Lauren joined UnitedLex in January 2022 as Director of Talent Acquisition - AMS and EMEA, where she managed global talent acquisition strategies and supported the company's expansive growth.
