Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce or commercial hardware.
  • Expertise in data analysis, business reporting, and financial modeling with strong communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Vena and NetSuite a plus.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and the creation of slides that simplify complex data and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Ability to build strategic relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Embraces continuous improvement and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A process in developing and executing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
