  • Three or more years of experience in an administrative, accounting, and/or customer service role.
  • Excellent written communication, oral communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Above average aptitude for working with figures while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to recognize, trace, and determine how to correct errors.
Responsibilities
  • Processes outgoing wires following FRB standards and OFAC/BSA policy.
  • Assists members with general wire inquiries, obtains wire agreements, creates and maintains recurring wire templates.
  • Reviews requests for accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Researches the wire instructions for foreign wires to ensure accuracy and timely receipt.
  • Ensures compliance with the CFPB remittance rules.
  • Works with members/staff to ensure proper and complete instructions.
  • Assists members in tracing funds as needed.
  • Reviews incoming wires and ensures posting to the account indicated, verifying the wire beneficiary is owner on the account/share.
  • Reviews accounts for potential fraudulent transfers. Initiates wire service messages to obtain additional information as needed to aid in posting incoming wires.
  • Accepts outgoing wire instructions from members via telephone following current policy and procedures.
