Reporting to the CRM Program Lead within Retirement & Private Wealth as an individual contributor, the Senior Training Specialist will be an integral part of the CRM project team and responsible for planning and facilitating Dynamics CRM training, ensuring user adoptions, and generating an exciting communication strategy for the implementation of the CRM platform.
You will work directly with the CRM project team and business Subject Matter Experts to facilitate user training across multiple offices through a phased deployment plan. Your ability to understand your audience and creatively design succinct yet engaging training material and communications that provide clarity for all impacted will be critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a training program, including supporting materials, for a broad user group, servicing multiple disciplines within the wealth management and retirement verticals
- Facilitate training and provide mentorship during a phased rollout plan to various office locations
- Drive user adoption and engagement of the CRM platform through effective communication, training programs and change management initiatives
- Providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance for the end user
- Act as a change champion and support enhancements/initiatives to educate business users on impending changes in their work
QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED AND PREFERRED)
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to leverage tools to build engaging communications and training materials
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Excellent large and small group facilitation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
