Founded in 2006, Total Home Roofing is one of the largest residential roofing companies in the U.S. with locations in Florida, Texas and Arizona. The Company was acquired by Angi (NASDAQ: ANGI) in June 2021, and operates as an independent subsidiary of Angi.

Total Home Roofing is looking for a data-driven Director of Marketing, who can deliver on marketing efficiency targets, and diversify our channel mix beyond a few online lead providers.

About the role

Total Home Roofing is looking for a performance marketing professional interested in managing its existing marketing strategy (primarily paid leads) and creating a broader customer acquisition strategy (new channels such as TikTok, offline advertising, etc.). We’re looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm for our mission to build the country’s largest roofing company, and of course, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances when necessary. In this role, you’ll manage key performance marketing channels, with full responsibility for ensuring proper lead volume and conversion. You’ll manage a $10M+ marketing budget, work closely with Call Center and Sales teams, and have frequent exposure to the Executive team.

What you’ll do

• Develop a companywide strategy to efficiently drive user acquisition (existing channels, new channels, website, referral program)
• Build and manage relationships with external paid lead providers
• Create content for each channel and own decision-making throughout the process
• Oversee our website, and its ranking in organic search results
• Own marketing budget and direct spend to drive down customer acquisition costs
• Build out reporting processes, investigate anomalies and report performance metrics on a weekly basis 
• Partner with other members of the Total Home organization, especially call center and sales teams

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6-8+ years work experience
• 3+ years in online (Social, SEM) performance marketing either in-house or at an agency
• Experience managing a creative process with internal or external designers
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous testing to optimize user acquisition
• Robust analytic and quantitative skills
• Comfortable presenting to executive team

Please Note: This will be an in-office position that will operate out of our St. Petersburg office Monday - Friday.
