Requirements
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based service offerings required
  • You must have at least three years of commercial contracts (ideally SaaS) experience gained in a law firm
  • Qualified to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you reside
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into clear contractual language
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking with minimal supervision
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities

Responsibilities
  • Sales: negotiate SaaS agreements with international, top-tier customers
  • Procurement: review (draft and amend) a wide range of contracts with vendors (including contractors)
  • Partnerships: Contrast Security partners with resellers, technology integrators, managed services providers, and other partners. You would be negotiating and developing agreements suitable for each of these relationships
  • Marketing: not a big part of your role, you will, from time to time, assist the marketing department with its initiatives
  • You will also:
  • Encounter global privacy issues and be familiar with data privacy provisions/agreements (and have experience with the GDPR)
  • Negotiate NDAs and evaluation agreements
  • Understand open-source software license agreements
  • Tackle new issues, identify what the issues are, and come up with business-minded solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with intellectual property is a plus
  • Experience with channel programs is a plus
  • Experience with a start-up is a plus
