Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience in a B2B Software as a Service capacity.
  • Experience developing integrated demand generation strategies across the full customer lifecycle, identifying the right tactics for each stage of the journey (awareness, consideration, decision, retention) and creating systematic approaches rather than isolated, channel-specific campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and AI-first approaches in meaningful ways for demand generation work, including campaign optimization, content creation, audience targeting, personalization, or marketing automation.
  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Experience creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure effective targeting and budget utilization.
  • Experience implementing an integrated Editorial Calendar (will work with the VP of Marketing and be responsible for hiring/managing a content creator).
  • Experience using the following tools: HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, Canva, Zoom, Apollo, Webflow, Paid SEM, SEMrush/Moz.
  • Proven experience scaling the demand generation discipline at a Series A/B startup.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted, multi-channel programs for a defined set of high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Design multi-touch, omnichannel demand generation programs that move buyers from awareness to pipeline.
  • Map customer journeys and identify the optimal touchpoints and messaging for mid-market and enterprise buyers.
  • Orchestrate campaigns across paid media, email, events, content, GEO and social, ensuring they work as a system, not silos.
  • Support conferences and webinars that generate leads, ensuring efficient post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead generation goals, operationalize handoff processes, and ensure leads are converted into new opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing operations to analyze campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI, focusing on metrics that drive revenue.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and maintain accurate tracking of all activities in our HubSpot CRM.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing and executing complex, data-driven search engine optimization strategies utilizing search engine optimization tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page/technical optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience working with ZoomInfo, 6sense.
  • Experience with conference planning, management and logistical coordination (before, during, and after the event).

Quandri (Vancouver, B.C.) has expanded its integration ecosystem with Vertafore AMS360 and HawkSoft, extending access to its AI-powered renewal intelligence platform. The integrations enable agencies to access Quandri's renewal automation capabilities directly within their existing agency management systems, building on its prior integration with Applied Epic. "AMS360 and HawkSoft agencies represent a huge share of the independent market, and until now, they haven't had access to what Applied Epic agencies have been using to transform their renewal workflows," says Jackson Fregeau, CEO and Co-Founder, Quandri. "The agencies that will win the next decade are the ones building operations that scale without adding headcount, and we're committed to making that possible for as many firms as possible." The platform automates renewal workflows by analyzing policy data, identifying key insights, generating quotes and preparing renewal communications within agency systems. Addressing Operational Constraints According to the company, the expansion is intended to address operational constraints faced by agencies managing increasing policy volumes and complexity with manual processes. "Quandri is one of the few tools we've implemented that has had a measurable operational impact," says James Chapman, COO, Ausband Chapman Insurance. "We have to get to 100 percent touch on renewals and Quandri is going to allow us to do that."
