  • A track record of successfully leading large-scale Microsoft D365 FSC projects across various industries.

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft D365 FSC capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Shape the strategy. Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for our D365 FSC implementation and optimization.
  • Partner with leadership. Work closely with executives to align D365 FSC initiatives with business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends. Provide thought leadership by keeping up with industry best practices and emerging innovations in Microsoft D365 FSC.
  • Lead & inspire. Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Define roles and responsibilities, set clear performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication, recognition, and support.
  • Drive execution. Oversee the full lifecycle of Microsoft D365 FSC projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Partner with project managers to manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable D365 FSC solutions.
  • Manage relationships. Build strong connections with key client executives, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts across Armanino.
