Requirements
  • Demonstrate practical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on work.
  • Career changers may apply without vocational training.
  • Have practical experience as a tire technician, workshop employee, workshop helper, automotive service technician, assembly helper, warehouse helper, or order picker.
  • Be reliable, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a workshop team.
  • Be physically able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
  • A valid Class B driver's license is desirable but not required.
  • Have basic German language skills and a valid work and residence permit.
Responsibilities
  • Perform tire changes on vehicles of all brands.
  • Perform oil changes, bulb replacements, and battery replacements.
  • Support quick-service operations and basic maintenance work.
  • Gradually build technical knowledge and practical skills in the workshop.
  • Work a five-day week from Monday to Saturday with early and late shifts in a two-shift system.
Desired Qualifications
  • A valid Class B driver's license.
