Requirements
  • 3+ years professional experience
  • Customer / Client facing experience
  • Strong data analytics experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v look-up) and Google Suite products
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to negotiate difficult conversations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Bring curiosity, proactivity, and a client-centric mindset to the table

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Jopwell's SaaS-only clients to ensure their success on Jopwell's platform
  • Ensure an exceptional experience throughout the client life-cycle, from onboarding to renewal
  • Develop creative solutions, identify opportunities, and coordinate initiates to promote client engagement and drive candidate success
  • Track and analyze data related to candidate success and client ROI
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to clients
  • Partner with Product Team to relay client feedback to drive product enhancements
  • Connect members of the Jopwell community to relevant client opportunities
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing a book of client relationships from post-sale through renewal
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience working with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bonus: Experience working with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst, etc.)
