  • Work closely with Product Management and development engineers to understand features and contribute to the design of test plans and robust test cases
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing test automation
  • Maintain and update automated tests for continuous regression testing

  • Excellent collaboration abilities, working effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in manual testing techniques
  • Experience in setting up and managing test environments
  • Familiarity with testing microservices
  • Strong experience in software testing, test automation, and quality assurance
  • Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and doing risk analysis prior to product releases
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and test automation strategies
  • Experience in developing automated tests and/or frameworks using Java, Javascript or an equivalent object-oriented language
  • Industry standard API Framework/Tools (Karate, Postman)
  • Industry standard UI testing frameworks (TestCafe, Selenium, Cypress)
  • 3rd party software integrations (REST APIs, XML, JSON)
  • Tools (NPM, Gradle, TeamCity, Jenkins, Jira, XRay)
Responsibilities
  • As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our industry-leading enterprise and SAAS software
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive set of automation tests using Guidewire testing frameworks and tools
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with Kotlin code
  • Behavior Driven testing (Cucumber, Gherkin)
  • Experience working with tools such as Datadog, Docker etc
  • Cloud services such as AWS
  • Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, MacOS)
