Requirements
  • 6 months minimum related experience or technical school degree/certificate
  • Must be able to read, comprehend, interpret service manuals and work order systems
  • Valid driver license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety culture.
  • Follow LOTO company policy procedure.
  • Comprehension of work order system SAP.
  • Ability to complete work order according to JP, make notifications, close out work orders, complete PM’s, and ability to fill out Do Forms during harvest.
  • Repair and Maintenance of all pea and corn harvesters during the off-season.
  • Maintain Pea and Corn Harvesters during the harvest season using PM system in place.
  • Basic Hydraulic and basic electrical repair such as replacing worn parts.
  • Identify foreign material in combine or product.
  • Drive seasonal harvest operator crew’s to worksite.
  • Active participant in the company’s safety program.
  • Actively participate in 5-S.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
