  • Must have Aircraft structures and/or sheet metal inspection experience
  • Ability to understand and interpret blueprints (GD&T) and all applicable drawings
  • Familiarity with AS9102
  • Knowledge with nonconformance investigation
  • Previous experience inspecting mechanical parts
  • Proficiency with product verification to drawing requirements
  • Strong communication and technology skills
  • Must be local
  • Must undergo background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ensuring that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications through thorough inspection processes.
  • Identify and document any damage or nonconformance issues and conduct investigations into these discrepancies.
  • In-process and final inspections of sheet metal final assembly installations on aircraft components such as fuselage, wings, flaps, landing gears, and tail assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate inspection logs, write detailed inspection reports, and handle a variety of moderately complex tasks.
  • Frequent collaboration with individuals from other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
