Joint Fires Simulator Operator

As a Joint Fires Simulator Operator, you’ll bring your tactical expertise to work on projects for supported units. You’ll integrate mission requirements and learning objectives into the synthetic training environment. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and requirements related to all aspects of virtual training and rehearsals. You’ll guide the work we do for supported units and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning.

You Have:
Experience with simulator operations that support close air support or kinetic strike
Knowledge of Joint Fires simulator applications and capabilities
Ability to apply SOF expertise to synthetic training environment scenarios
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED and10+ years of experience with Joint Fires
Nice If You Have:
Experience with controlling Joint Fires assets
Knowledge of JPUB 3-09.3
Ability to analyze complex tactical situations and provide innovative solutions
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with Joint Fires
JTAC Instructor Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
