- A first-cycle university degree in computer science, project management, or a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of project-management experience.
- At least 5 years of specific IT project-management experience in a government context or equivalent.
- Significant experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proven leadership to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in the PMBOK methodology from the Project Management Institute and disciplined Agile.
- Ability to manage the project portfolio, interdependencies, risks, and issues.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Tempo Timesheet.
- Plan, organize, execute, and control projects overall.
- Mobilize resources and manage risks and change requests.
- Produce detailed planning, including the work breakdown structure, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain the risk register, deliverables, approvals, and change requests.
- Prepare progress reports, accountability reports, and committee minutes.
- Create mitigation plans and project dashboards.
