About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations. As the Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in being a thought partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be a strategic partnership with senior leadership on company operations, people function, finance, and legal operations.
As a Head of Operations you will:
- Partner with leadership on OKR planning, leadership meetings, and boarding reporting. Work closely with leadership on execution on company’s strategic initiatives. Development and implementation of plans and policies.
- Oversee People function to ensure the team’s success.
- Finance partner with the CFO to prepare and manage the annual budgets for departments.
- Manage and track all legal matters.
- Advise on policies and practices to ensure the highest levels of compliance, data protection.
What we look for:
- Minimum 12 years of experience
- Early start-up experience
- Strong understanding of operational processes, project management
- Experience managing people operations processes
- HR/Compliance background
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
