Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in Merchandising
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong presentation skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to maintain data quality under pressure
- Ability to prioritize work and follow instructions
- Team oriented with ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
- Experience in building decks
- Shopify experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Use detail oriented nature for accurate analysis and reporting as it relates to retail assortment
- Create purchase orders and track them along the journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including Planning Team, Supply Chain Team, Retail Team, Retail Stores, and Suppliers
- Professionally handle all general administrative duties as assigned by the Retail Assortment Manager
