Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience developing and leading growth marketing initiatives and teams in high-growth innovative organizations, ideally having served as a Growth Marketing leader for several companies over the course of their career
  • Strong analytical skills, data focused, goes deep to ensure quality data decision making, and mentors the team to understand analytical excellence
  • Approaches business problems from an inquisitive mindset, looking to question assumptions, bringing creativity to solve problems, and has a strong goal and outcome orientation

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of growth marketers and build out a high-velocity growth marketing function by being hands-on with execution while mentoring and coaching the team to optimize and maximize efficiency
  • Hire, develop and lead an engaged and high performing team including growth marketers, web, digital marketing, SEO, content, and data
  • Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of self service demand-generating marketing channels
  • Define and own KPIs for targets and growth tracking performance metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and iterate quickly to optimize, proactively detect and course correct
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Display, CRO, analytics, and growth tooling
  • Partner across functions within marketing (Brand, Product Marketing, DevRel, Enterprise) as well as other departments (Product Growth, Engineering and Customer Success) to improve our self-service acquisition including marketing reach, efficiency, and conversion
  • Take a data-driven approach to investment in the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs
  • Oversee refinement of marketing attribution models and our growth marketing analytics to provide real-time feedback loops on performance
  • Manage and maintain ad, content and overall growth marketing budget in alignment with marketing leadership and all business stakeholders
