The Pelvic Health (PH) therapies have a great impact on the quality of life of patients, and we work with associations with the aim of creating awareness about the pathology of incontinence and how technology has the power to change lives.
In this exciting opportunity as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible to bridge the gap between the sales and marketing by aligning strategies, tools, and objectives across Western Europe. You will demonstrate the Return of investment (ROI) by analyzing campaign performance, correlating sales outcomes with marketing efforts, and providing actionable insights. Additionally, you will support the tracking of key strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering collaboration between teams for sustained growth and success. You will be based remotely, but some travels across Europe will be expected.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and commercial tactics, correlating them with business performance and financial outcomes
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to optimize commercial strategies and maximize ROI, and support strategic planning and market model processes
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track KPI’s, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management providing recommendations based on analysis
- Collaborate with the Finance team to align commercial strategies with budget and financial forecasts, and conduct post-campaign analysis to assess the financial impact and effectiveness of strategies
- Partner with the commercial and marketing team in planning, executing, and evaluating initiatives; and coach them to make data-driven decision making
- Utilize business analysis and measurements to track market share for both direct and therapy competition
- Support sales incentive awards with tracking and result communication
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, computer science or healthcare or related fields
- At least 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in Commercial Excellence, Business or Finance
- Proficient with Data visualization tools: Power BI, YODA, SDFC, etc.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ability to partner and collaborate across various cultures.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the Pelvic Health business, strong project management skills, excellent verbal communications and presentation skills, a second European language will be a plus.
