The Tax Reporting & Innovation team combines expertise in tax function design, technology, and compliance delivery.
Our team is seeking aSenior Product Implementation Specialist (Senior Manager) to oversee and drive the successful deployment and adoption of Tax Automate, our market-leading tax reporting and compliance solution.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Proven experience in a product implementation or similar role, ideally within a software development environment, leading a team to achieve key business outcomes.
Demonstrated strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and configure software solutions. Experience with tax compliance or accounting software is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, experience with financial statements, and competency in preparing foundational tax effect accounting calculations.
A strong client focus, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent problem-solving abilities, enabling quick identification and resolution of issues to ensure smooth implementation processes and high client satisfaction.
In our Tax Reporting & Innovation team, your impact will be seen by:
Working closely with new clients to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process. This includes documentation of business requirements, initial setup, configuration, and comprehensive training.
Lead the end-to-end implementation process for Tax Automate, ensuring that all client-specific configurations and customisations are completed on time and to a high standard with minimal disruption to their operations
Preparing and replicating tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations, for the implementation and operation of Tax Automate, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness with input from subject matter experts while interpreting clients’ raw financial data.
Identifying opportunities for improving the implementation process and work with the relevant teams to implement these improvements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all implementation-related matters and addressing any issues or questions that arise.
