- Hands-on experience in Selenium (IDE, RC, Web Driver & Grid), JUnit, TestNG, Java coding, Automation Framework, Cucumber, Maven, Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, J2EE, SOAPUI, QTP.
- Strong programming skills in Java/Core Java.
- Technical competency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, J2EE, XML, and databases.
- Experience in automating web testing and API testing with data-driven tests to validate API calls in J2EE architectures both manually and using automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (MS a plus).
- Experience with US clients is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Selenium Automation Testing with Java.
- Automation Testing using Selenium tools including IDE, RC, WebDriver, and Grid.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Maven, and Behavior Driven Development/Test Driven Development approaches.
- Perform web service testing using SOAPUI and conduct mobile testing for Android and iOS.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, unit testing, and API testing.
- Document defects and report defects to software developers and project managers using a bug tracking system.
- Program and code in Java and ensure quality of automation scripts.
- Experience working with US clients is a plus.
- Experience with API testing and data-driven testing approaches.
- Strong Unix/Linux skills.
- Experience with Agile QA practices.
