Responsibilities
  • Work internally with Global Operations on research for local complexities to support Carrot footprint, multinational employer customer needs, and member inquiries managed by the Care Navigation team, such as internally helping cases related to complex cross-border reproductive care pathways.
  • Provide analysis, make recommendations, and then drive a project through to completion.
  • Assist in speaking and connecting with medical experts as well as fertility clinics, attorneys, and relevant agencies.
  • Leverage your language expertise to conduct research, audits, and reviews of Carrot's global knowledge base and other internal databases.
