  • 4+ years Jira/Confluence admin experience
  • DevOps/IT experience

Responsibilities
  • Own the administration of our cloud-based Jira and Confluence instances; be the subject matter expert for Jira cloud, and other Atlassian products
  • Drive innovation on how work is performed; be a change agent to drive transformation of how we manage work
  • Use your natural curiosity to solve problems
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for business processes and determine ways to optimize/improve Jira & Confluence build and configurations
  • Utilize your design skills and systems thinking to define Jira workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
  • Provide application support for Jira and Confluence to the Tech Org as well as the rest of the business
  • Work with business users to evaluate Jira and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins
  • Act as an advisor on Jira version upgrades
  • Support Jira and Confluence users as needed
  • Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in Jira to support runbooks
  • Create Jira projects, queries and reports as required
