Requirements
  • Strong experience in UX design methods and problem-solving skills, facilitating workshops and producing artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, experience maps, IA and prototypes.
  • Strong experience in UI design methods and principles, including design systems. Delivering pixel-perfect designs that adhere to Aviva’s brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery, gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from across Aviva to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, including Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal
  • Highly skilled in using design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Optimal Workshop, and Adobe Analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure that our products and features are not only easy to use and address customer needs, but also align to business strategy and objectives.
  • Create digital journeys for a range of platforms, running the design process from discovery through to delivery, advocating strong customer centric process and user experience.
