Requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and optimize partner success
  • Act as an internal advocate for partners, representing their needs and priorities within the organization
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve partner experience and drive long-term partner loyalty
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Partner Success strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the Partner Success team and drive continuous improvement
  • Provide visionary leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Partner Success team
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Partner Success team
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Define and track key metrics and performance indicators to measure partner success and team effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on partner performance, opportunities, and challenges
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Partner Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in a technology/software/SaaS company
  • Strong demonstrable leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think analytically to drive business growth
  • Results-oriented vision, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and partner management tools is a plus
