Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations and/or strategic planning
  • Experience developing sales strategy, building territory plans, structuring commercial deals, sales quota and comp planning, and establishing operating mechanisms
  • Excellent knowledge of go-to-market processes & analytics relating to demand generation, sales development, inside sales, field sales, customer success, and renewals management
  • Strong leadership skill in collaboration and prioritization to direct and influence operations in the functional area
  • Expert level analytical and complex problem solving skills, with the ability to influence as a leader across functions
  • Adept at setting and driving strategic initiatives in the functional area, as well as influencing at higher tiers of the organization
  • Experienced leader, who has coached and managed individual contributors and other managers and leaders
Responsibilities
  • Partner with North America Sales leadership in development of growth strategies for the top accounts
  • Drive operational excellence and provide critical business insights through establishing operating mechanisms in monitoring, measuring business and team performance, including but not limited to leading and lagging indicators
  • Partner with senior leaders in Marketing, Business Development and other GTM function to drive growth for the strategic accounts
  • Partner with America and global sales leadership to identify opportunities to simplify the sales process through optimization and automation. Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the sales organization. Foster an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance. Ensure forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company
  • Support commercial deals structuring when needed through collaboration with deal desk, sales ops, finance and other functions
  • Lead all business reviews process and reporting
  • Track sales rep quota performance and commission, support the design of sales compensation plans
  • Partner with Sales organization leadership to define, refine, and maintain sales territories via comprehensive analysis
