As the Soft Trim NVH Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Develop and refine NVH solutions tailored to soft trim vehicle components such as seats, carpets, headliners, and other upholstery parts.
Design innovative solutions to enhance NVH performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Utilize NVH analysis and measurement tools such as LMS Test.Lab, B&K, and ANSYS to evaluate and optimize designs.
Implement CAD software like CATIA and SolidWorks for the design and development of soft trim components.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in NVH performance for automotive applications.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to execute designs effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Design Release Engineer with a focus on NVH solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in NVH analysis and measurement tools, including LMS Test.Lab, B&K, and ANSYS.
Strong skills in CAD software, particularly CATIA and SolidWorks, for designing soft trim components.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality NVH solutions for automotive applications.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
