Requirements
  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience, specifically within wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms.
  • Deep consumer marketing experience with the strategic breadth to systematize consumer behaviors and messaging for B2B partners.
  • Understanding of sophisticated financial products, including private markets, exotic derivatives and their mechanics, and tax-aware investing, with the ability to communicate them accurately and legally.
  • Hands-on experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, including writing copy and building marketing assets.
  • Meticulous attention to product terms, deadlines, and figures, with comfort owning recurring publishing workflows where errors have member impact.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to use adoption data, run A/B copy tests, and iterate on the activation funnel.
  • Active use of artificial intelligence tools and willingness to build automated, artificial-intelligence-assisted marketing workflows.
  • Experience working alongside legal and compliance teams to secure approvals for member-facing communications in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end launch strategy and execution for new financial products, alternative investments, structured products, and artificial-intelligence-driven portfolio tools across United States and Singapore offerings.
  • Own the recurring product content pipeline, including brochures, webinars, product specifications, timelines, and in-app product pages, working with investment, design, and operations teams to publish accurate and compliant content on weekly launch cycles.
  • Author and deploy marketing collateral, launch and redemption emails, in-app positioning, and educational narratives that drive member activation and long-term retention.
  • Produce white papers, explainers, and evergreen educational content that demystify sophisticated strategies and build member trust.
  • Translate complex, high-net-worth financial strategies into user-focused value propositions that clear regulatory hurdles, and steward the brand voice across member-facing content.
  • Use and build artificial-intelligence tools, agents, skills, and automated review workflows to accelerate content production, improve accuracy, scale marketing operations, and document repeatable processes.
  • Audit and refine onboarding flows, in-product copy, and activation touchpoints; run A/B tests and iterate based on adoption data.
  • Partner with Product Management, Compliance, Investment Research, Design, Email Operations, and Client Advisory teams to ensure a unified and compliant product narrative across the member journey.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts in wealth management and private markets.
  • Lead business-to-consumer go-to-market strategy, educational flywheels, and positioning frameworks with scalability for the business-to-business business and external partner networks.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior alternative-investments or derivatives marketing experience is strongly preferred over general fintech experience.
  • Experience marketing financial products across jurisdictions, particularly the United States and Asia-Pacific/Singapore, is nice to have.
