Mission Engineer and Integrator

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Mission Engineer & Integrator, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance intelligence collection operations planning and execution. 
• Operational Engineering Support: Drive the integration of operational engineering principles into mission planning and execution phases.
• Strategic Analysis: Analyze operational requirements and recommend advanced technologies, systems, and equipment to optimize mission effectiveness.
• Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with client personnel to develop and refine operational concepts, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and operational best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, conducting trade studies and recommending improvements based on operational feedback and intelligence insights.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose enhancements to operational procedures, including contingency planning and system troubleshooting protocols, to ensure mission readiness and adaptability.
• Systems Optimization: Identify and address end-to-end system capability gaps, championing solutions that enhance usability and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ of experience working in the Intelligence Community
• 2+ years of experience providing engineering-related support 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and operational challenges
• BA/BS Degree in a technical field
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required 

Desired Qualifications:

• Operation Certifications
• Overseas Field experience supporting HUMINT and technical collection intelligence operations
• Demonstrated regional and/or functional expertise or a working knowledge of geographic regions of interest to the United States
• Functional ability in one of the following foreign languages: Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Pashto, Chinese, Korean, or Russian
• MA/MS Degree
