Requirements
  • 5-7 years of data and analytics and/or business intelligence experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Experience with data visualization, revenue analytics, and GTM tools (Clari, Salesforce, Tableau, SkyGeni, SPIFF)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and present analytical data to all levels of the company, including executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results cross-functionally
  • Strong work ethic with a 'get stuff done' mentality
  • Problem solver with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Support, track, and measure GTM and end-to-end funnel activity and performance metrics
  • Monitor, track, and report forecast/pipeline input and analysis
  • Build and align Sales Quotas with Booking Plans
  • Create individual quota plans for various roles
  • Support Sales compensation programs, practices, and policies
  • Provide data for commission calculations
  • Monitor, track, and report Sales Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Metrics
  • Monitor, track, and report GTM OKRs on a weekly basis
  • Build sales productivity metrics and capacity profiles
  • Design and create effective reporting and dashboards
  • Perform deep dives into analysis, activity, performance, and forecast/pipeline
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations visually and verbally
  • Lead discussions around activity, performance, and KPIs
  • Perform adhoc analysis for GTM leaders
