- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Security Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in security management roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security policies and programs.
- Strong understanding of information security principles and practices, including access control systems, product security, network security, incident response, and risk management.
- Professional security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) is preferred.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and policies to protect the organization’s assets, including product, platform, digital and human resources.
- Lead the security team in the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of security processes and initiatives to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of financial, product and personal risk.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external parties to ensure that the organization receives timely information about security threats and trends.
- Conduct and oversee regular security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the budget for security operations and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance in assessing and evaluating security risks and response strategies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all security-related issues, including crisis management and incident response planning and execution.
- Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization through the development and delivery of security training programs for employees.
- Stay abreast of the latest security technologies, systems, and practices to enhance the security infrastructure of the organization.
