Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with an established track record meeting performance goals in a high-rigor paid media performance marketing environment
  • People management experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player. Reliable communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfort generating buy-in with executive leadership
  • Analytically-minded with a passion for marketing. Self-starter with willingness to drive the business forward and take ownership of tasks, tactics, and strategy. Flexibility with evolving strategy a must
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, project and team management experience
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define go-to-market strategies in paid performance marketing channels for RVO portfolio brands
  • Own performance marketing operations, accountable for P&L outcomes and account production deliverables
  • Manage a team of associates and senior associates with learning and development of both technical marketing skills and general business acumen as a core focus
  • Identify, design, and deliver opportunities for account growth and optimization, leveraging data and analytics to build a compelling business case
  • Use paid media insights & opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally with product, lifecycle, and site experience teams to improve yield beyond levers that can be pulled in media platforms
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta for Business. Experience with Google Shopping, display, and native advertising is a plus
  • Comfort with Excel, pivot tables, and standard formulas. Familiarity with Tableau, Adobe Analytics is a plus
