Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Ideally having consulting and in-house experience
  • Extensive experience in HR COE roles
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven track records
  • Sound business acumen, logical thinking, result-oriented, proficient in interpersonal communication and collaboration, and self-driven.
Responsibilities
  • Keep up with the business strategies, status quo, and upcoming plans and build an in-depth understanding of how these connect with HR strategies and priorities
  • Co-work with HRBPs and the business to identify current pain points before providing targeted ad-hoc organizational and talent solutions based on solid methodologies
  • Partner with Corporate COE teams to implement major routine projects under the company’s policies and philosophies while overseeing the overall process and driving operational excellence
  • Conduct targeted bench-marking study and analysis of major competitors to bring in solid external insights as the critical reference to drive internal business and people's changes and iterations
  • Demonstrate strong sensitivity and capability in collecting, analyzing, and consolidating HR-related data to generate and visualize quantitative insights to support business and HR decision-making.
