Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 8 years of customer service or customer experience experience, including direct experience leading a frontline support team and owning service levels end to end.
  • DTC, e-commerce, and third-party logistics industry expertise is required.
  • Hands-on support-operations experience with workforce management, scheduling, service-level agreement management, and quality assurance across digital, case-based channels such as email and chat.
  • Demonstrated ability to build workflows and processes from scratch, including escalation paths, quality assurance frameworks, macros, and reporting.
  • Current, concrete examples of using artificial intelligence or automation to change how support work gets done, with judgment about its limits.
  • Fluency with Zendesk, the company's chat platform, and purpose-built internal tools, plus comfort partnering with Engineering on internal tooling and owning the data.
  • Ability to work hands-on with a lean team and repair and automate broken processes rather than staffing around problems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain customer signals to leadership and defend priorities with evidence.
  • Analytical rigor, including comfort defining metrics, questioning denominators, and reading distributions rather than averages.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Dallas customer service team onsite; set the standard on the floor, run daily huddles, and raise the bar with every hire.
  • Own hiring, onboarding, ramp, and performance management for the team; build a bench and a clear career path from Customer Experience Partner to lead to supervisor.
  • Jump on escalations, work the queue when volume demands it, and stay close to customers.
  • Own the quality bar end to end, including quality assurance scoring, calibration, coaching loops, and defining what great customer interactions look like on every channel.
  • Own the resolution policy, define how to make things right for customers, write it in plain language, train the team, and audit consistent adherence.
  • Own refund and reimbursement integrity, ensuring customer payments or remedies are issued promptly and related queues remain at zero.
  • Own CSAT, NPS, and resolution quality; set targets, close the loop on detractors, and turn feedback into concrete fixes.
  • Build escalation and recovery playbooks for difficult cases.
  • Own service levels across channels, including first response time, resolution time, and backlog; continually resequence, automate, and tighten operations to hit them.
  • Own workforce management, including forecasting volume, staffing and scheduling to demand, and managing occupancy and shrinkage across the Dallas floor.
  • Build reporting covering contact drivers, cost to serve per contact, channel mix, and week-over-week trends with line-item detail.
  • Own a clean issue taxonomy in which each case has one cause and one resolution, and partner with the data team on consistently defined and governed metrics.
  • Own the agent workspace and automation layer as its product owner; audit existing automation, tune it, and activate effective capabilities.
  • Define requirements, validate them with agents on the floor, and decide with Engineering what to build, fix, or retire.
  • Apply artificial intelligence across support for deflection, auto-drafted responses, triage and routing, macro generation, and quality assurance at scale, while determining where artificial intelligence has limits.
  • Reduce contacts at the source by partnering with Product and Operations to fix root causes that generate tickets.
  • Build a lean, artificial-intelligence-first service team by hiring for service judgment and artificial-intelligence fluency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or a high-volume, product-based or distribution business.
  • Demonstrated use of artificial-intelligence agent-building tools or custom support workflows for deflection, auto-drafting, triage, and quality assurance at scale.
  • Experience standing up or scaling a support team or customer service site.
  • Cost-to-serve or unit-economics thinking applied to a support operation.
  • Experience building a lean customer service team at a bootstrapped, profitable, rapidly scaling company.

Jiffy provides blank, imprintable apparel and printing services for creators, individuals, and businesses. It sources apparel from major brands (Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level) and sells with no minimum order, offering wholesale pricing for large orders. The company uses multiple US warehouses to fulfill orders quickly, often in 1–2 days. It has expanded under the Jiffy.com platform to include on-demand printing, Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, sublimation transfers, and custom stickers, connecting customers to a nationwide network of local printers for fast production and delivery. This makes Jiffy a distributor that covers both B2B and B2C markets and also a print-on-demand service that supports the creator economy. Its goal is to provide fast, reliable access to blank apparel and printing capabilities with strong customer service and logistics efficiency, helping makers and businesses turn designs into finished products quickly.
