Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Pre-Law, Political Science, Legal Studies, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude, prompt engineering, or specialized legal artificial intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to detect errors and verify artificial intelligence-generated work against primary sources.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to an evolving technology-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear technology workflows.
  • Previous experience supporting business or legal projects or an understanding of in-house legal team operations.
Responsibilities
  • Support contract intake and management, including oversight of internal and external legal, privacy, and compliance email inboxes and communications, and triage and assign projects to attorneys.
  • Maintain the corporate intellectual property portfolio by curating company trademarks, copyrights, and patents and registering and updating those items to meet corporate deadlines.
  • Maintain corporate insurance policies by collecting and organizing confidential data from stakeholders and communicating effectively about issues.
  • Assist with compliance reviews of new products, services, and features.
  • Research applicable laws, regulations, codes, and publications.
  • Coordinate legal documents, bills and invoices, litigation activities, audits, and special projects.
  • Support due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions and other corporate activities.
  • Use legal artificial intelligence platforms and traditional databases to conduct case law and regulatory research.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts to draft initial contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondence using generative artificial intelligence tools.
  • Identify bottlenecks in legal processes and implement automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or built-in legal technology macros.
  • Train and maintain internal artificial intelligence knowledge bases while ensuring proprietary data is securely and efficiently leveraged.
  • Review, fact-check, and verify artificial intelligence-generated outputs against primary sources for legal accuracy and compliance.
  • Test and recommend new legal technology and artificial intelligence tools to the legal team.

Internet Brands has completed a multibillion-dollar recapitalisation at a valuation exceeding $12 billion, with existing investors KKR and Temasek joined by new backer Warburg Pincus.
