You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience in engineering

• Experience with MBSE using Magic Draw, Cameo, or SysML

• Experience supporting DoD engineering projects

• Ability to provide the Systems Engineering team direction, coordination, and guidance

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with modeling tools, including Cameo Enterprise Architect, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or IBM Rhapsody

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, including DoDAF 2.0, and UAF with related network C2 capability requirements

• Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense industry, with Systems Engineering for C2 systems

• Knowledge of capability requirements generation at the Service level

• Ability to plan and deliver capability demonstrations in an Agile cadence

• Ability to produce solutions independently or with a team

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Computer Engineering

• Object Management Group Certification, Certified System Modeling Language Professional, or Model User and Builder Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
