Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • At least 8 years of HR Management experience in a large global organization with tenure
  • Proficient with SAP HCM
  • Strong understanding of federal and state HR laws
Responsibilities
  • Lead HR compliance and special projects from the Pittsburgh office and be responsible for driving and coordinating Projects and Compliance through the entire HR community
  • Manage transformation projects (post merger integration)
  • Handle compliance matters including nondiscrimination testing, plan filings and tax filings
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Relocation assistance available as part of the package
  • Compensation is $140-155K plus 15% bonus; not a qualification but benefits; exclude
