- Log analysis and log management skills using Splunk or a comparable tool
- Overall 7+ years of experience performing software development and implementations
- 3+ Years of experience as a Solution Architect
- 5+ years of experience using Splunk, logstash or similar log analysis platforms
- Experience with implementing analyzing logs from a variety of disparate sources and devices in a data centers to be able to more accurately detect operational issues
- Experience with ability to create custom dashboards, alerts, Querying, performance tuning , perform event correlation to solve complex monitoring requirements across a variety of infrastructure , O/S , platforms and applications
- Experience with using javascript frameworks like AngularJS or Jquery , Rest API to create custom UI using JEE application server like weblogic, JBOSS, tomcat
- Splunk Configuration and integration with other tools like Service Now
- Experience with Splunk add-ons like DBConnect
- Excellent communication skills
