- Experience with AWS cloud environments and understanding of DevOps practices to effectively guide teams in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline development and automated testing strategies.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to conduct training, mentor junior scrum masters, and facilitate program-level PI planning, product roadmapping and retrospectives.

The system is set to begin fielding at two major North American Army Training Centers this autumn. Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI), a By Light company, serves as prime and lead systems integrator. The trainer provides physically representative, emission-free training for soldiers, addressing the Army's need for realistic short-range air defence preparation whilst avoiding the cost and safety limitations of live missile engagements. The multi-year task order, awarded under an OTA contract vehicle, supports ongoing modernisation of Army training capabilities. The system will equip collective training centres and Brigade Combat Teams.

At the Combined Arms Center, Beagle led efforts spanning doctrine, training, education, lessons learned and leader development while supporting the Army's ongoing modernization and preparation for future conflict.
