Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily assistance with getting up, hygiene, comfort, meals, and bedtime.
  • Participate in developing and following residents' care plans in collaboration with the coordinating nurse and the wider care team.
  • Participate in implementing and supporting residents' personalized care plans.
  • Compensate for residents' loss of autonomy while encouraging independence through the Montessori method.
  • Participate in organizing and conducting activities under the facility project.
  • Share daily life moments with residents, monitor changes in their behavior, inform the care teams, and adapt support to promote residents' well-being.
