Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressive development experience are required.
  • Experience with configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologies is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Python, object-oriented languages, scripting, and database query languages is required.
  • Familiarity with project and change management concepts, preferably involving information technology implementations and user acceptance testing management, is required.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center configuration and capabilities is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills, as well as multitasking and time-management skills, are required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required by contract.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a government Secret security clearance is required by contract; candidates who currently hold an active Secret clearance receive priority consideration.
  • Candidates must be willing and able to travel approximately 5% if located in the District of Columbia-Maryland-Virginia area, or up to 20% if non-local.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop stable, secure, and scalable robotic process automation solutions using UiPath, the REFramework, and other development best practices.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation.
  • Follow and recommend improvements to best practices, methodologies, quality assurance and testing, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommend continual improvements for robotic process automation solutions.
  • Author and maintain Solution Design Documents, process definitions, and other automation artifacts to support development and knowledge transfer.
  • Build, deploy, and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, and asset configuration.
  • Leverage UiPath Automation Suite to deliver enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Develop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support artificial-intelligence-assisted decision-making and user-guided automation.
  • Implement Document Understanding workflows to process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data using artificial intelligence models and optical character recognition.
  • Integrate UiPath with third-party systems and application programming interfaces to enable end-to-end process automation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, process subject-matter experts, and testers to ensure automations align with business requirements and deliver measurable value.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure iterative, transparent, and high-quality delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Robotic Process Automation developer, with UiPath highly preferred and Federal ecosystem experience preferred.
  • Experience in a Department of Defense audit environment.
  • UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certification.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator and Maestro.
