Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with a broad and geographically diverse client group
  • Provide HR leadership and guidance to senior leadership, managers and employees in areas such as performance management, workforce strategy, coaching, compensation, and organizational development
  • Oversee and manage key year-end processes, including compensation, promotion and performance management
  • Collaborate with key business leaders to develop innovative ideas to enhance culture, diversity, and inclusion
  • Provide oversight and direction in the handling of complex employee relations matters
  • Within the context of business priorities, work proactively with senior leadership to identify and develop top talent and successors to critical roles; partner with Talent Management team to create development plans for high potential employees
  • Leverage key people metrics to identify themes and develop areas of focus within respective client coverage area
  • Ability to effectively partner with and provide global oversight to key partners within both the regional HR teams as well as the HR product teams (i.e Talent, D&I, Recruitment, etc)
